Join Us for Yoga!
MYSORE: Join us on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6 -8 am (please arrive by 7 am) and Sunday from 7-9 am (arrive by 8 am). This all-levels class introduces students to the Ashtanga yoga practice in a self-paced environment, where the teacher provides individual attention, similar to a private lesson in a group setting. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, you'll find students of all levels participating. New students can expect more guidance as they get accustomed to the practice, with postures introduced at a pace that suits their body, ensuring a safe build-up of stamina. Your first Mysore class will last about 30-40 minutes.
BEGINNERS MYSORE: Sundays from 8-9 am. New students are encouraged to attend any Mysore class, but this hour is specifically to alleviate any fear or intimidation associated with this practice style.
LED PRIMARY: Saturdays from 9:30-11 am. Join Ashley for a guided session through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, where breath, movement, and gaze come together to create a moving meditation.
YOGA BOOK CLUB & SUTRA DISCUSSION: Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm on Zoom. Yoga encompasses more than just asanas. Join us for an open discussion as we explore ancient Yogic texts and philosophy, applying these principles to our lives in a welcoming environment.
